The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers (BB) for Thursday, November 2, 2017.
Dollar Bill (Don Diamont) bulldozes forward with his plans to raze the Spectra HQ and begin construction of his beloved monument to himself – Skye.
Of course, this only heightens Steffy’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) insecurities about Liam and his motives when it comes to Sally…
Bill’s Doomsday Dreams
It’s only a matter of time before Bill gets the thing he’s lusted for the most – Skye.
This is going to be Bill’s biggest triumph and his greatest victory.
No obstacles have been able to kill his vision and the only thing remaining is the demolition of Spectra’s building.
In his office, Bill angrily declares that he will not be thwarted. “That location belongs to Skye!” he bellows, gesturing towards the model of his beloved skyscraper.
Some viewers doubt that Bill’s desire will end at the construction of Skye. Steffy is next!
Bill wants the building and steffy for himself so he won't back down,he'd rather kill Liam and sully,oh I so hate Liam right now, poor steffy

Liam Steamrolled Again
Liam’s good-nature bites him again. Bill is unwilling to compromise on Skye and Liam is unwilling to compromise with Bill’s offer to relocate Spectra at his own expense.
The only thing left is an explosive confrontation!
He will learn once again that Bill is not going to do anything for or help anyone but himself. He’s not interested in anything that doesn’t directly benefit his own life and the way he does things, and that’s just a life lesson that Liam can’t deal with. He’s been duped once again by all that Bill has promised him, and he’s not mad.
Interestingly, as Celeb Dirty Laundry points out, Liam didn’t bother to run Bill’s offer by Sally. Who knows? Maybe she would have jumped at it.
Of course, if she did, that would diffuse the situation entirely!
B&B fans have also taken notice that Liam hasn’t actually asked Sally what she thinks of Bill’s plan. He’s assuming that she shares his thoughts and would also passionately reject the offered alternatives.
Liam’s presumptions reconfirm Bill’s point about his son being overly righteous. Yes, Liam lives in his own idealistic world. That’s a personality point, rather than adherence to a justifiable ideology. Liam appears unable, or incapable of accepting another person’s opinion that differs from his own.
Wyatt Has Bill’s BackWyatt (Darin Brooks) has no compassion for Liam’s position – he’s got Bill’s back and can’t understand why Liam won’t take Bill up on his offer.
Bill is not being unreasonable, as Wyatt (Darin Brooks) has tried to impress on his brother. Spencer Publications owns the property where Spectra Fashions is operating. Liam didn’t conduct due diligence and had no legal standing when he thought he gave Sally (Courtney Hope) the deed to that prime downtown Los Angeles space. That was another instance where Liam’s real word inexperience was revealed.
